Eta strengthens to Tropical Storm; Palm Beaches, T.C. under T.S. Watch

right now. Tropical Storm Ada, just formed an hour ago, sustained winds of 40 MPH and moving northeast at 17 MPH. So it is racing towards the northeast, and it will be approaching Cuba in the next couple of hours. Here’s the latest forecast track crossing Cuba on Sunday night, and then it will track towards the north and northwest into the Florida Straits just south of Miami Day County. And we are under that cone in Palm Beach County. So it could go anywhere, Um, basically on Monday and into the overnight hours and then making that turn towards the Northeast on Wednesday and Thursday. Regardless where the center is, we will see some impacts from ADA. So we are under a tropical storm watch from the Treasure Coast down into Broward County and a tropical storm warning for Miami Dade down into the Florida Keys. Here’s the timeline. Updated future track shows a couple spotty showers. Four today windy conditions. And then as we head into your Sunday, we are going to see those rain bands moving onshore around nine and 10 o’clock in the morning and then notice the I just southeast of Miami around 3 30 in the afternoon. Those heavy rain bands moving onshore across the Treasure Coast in the palm beaches and producing those wind gusts anywhere between 35 60 MPH at times, and also the threat for tornadoes and flash flooding as well as we head into Sunday night and into Monday morning. Once the storm exits out, things will be improving on Sunday night into, um Tuesday. So basically heavy rainfall for on Sunday tomorrow wind gust anywhere between 40 to 60 MPH. Then, on Monday, heavy rain, tornado threat as well, and then Tuesday, looking much better mhm.

Eta has strengthened into a Tropical Storm.According to the National Hurricane Center, T.D. Eta is located about 45 miles west northwest of Grand Cayman with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph and is moving northeast at 17 miles per hour.A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for south Florida from Golden Beach to Chokoloskee, including Florida Bay, as well as for the Florida Keys from Ocean Reef to the Dry Tortugas.A Tropical Strom Watch is now in effect along the Florida east coast north of Sebastien Inlet to the Brevard/Volusia county line, Lake Okeechobee and the Florida west coast north of Chokoloskee to Englewood. A Tropical Strom Watch is now in effect along the Florida east coast north of Sebastien Inlet to the Brevard/Volusia county line, Lake Okeechobee and the Florida west coast north of Chokoloskee to Englewood. Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast is still under a Tropical Storm Watch.
