Wall Street kicked off the new week on the right foot as the major U.S. stock indexes rose sharply amid broad gains in Big Tech. The Nasdaq Composite outperformed, surging about 2% and the S&P 500 popped more than 1%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rallied 250 points. Those gains also came as investors awaited clues on a new coronavirus stimulus bill.
